As Founder and CEO of W3 Companies Global, Greg leads one of the most driven commercial real estate investment firms in the industry. His path to the top is anything but conventional, forged on the college football field, sharpened through medical device corporate leadership, and proven through years of entrepreneurial success.
Greg’s athletic background as a former collegiate athlete isn’t just part of his story, it’s the foundation of how he operates. The same discipline, competitive fire, and team-first mindset that defined him as a multi-sport athlete fuel the way he leads, invests, and executes at W3 Companies Global. He knows what it takes to win, and he builds organizations the same way championship teams are built with intention, accountability, action, and relentless drive.

As a Partner at W3 Companies Global, Kwesi blends operational discipline, financial strategy, and safety leadership to elevate asset performance across diverse real estate environments.
Kwesi’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of property and asset management. His leadership is defined by disciplined systems, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach that consistently improves NOI, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
Kwesi also brings a powerful safety and compliance foundation as a trained Safety Officer with experience in OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and insurance-based risk control. This dual expertise in asset performance, safety and risk mitigation positions Kwesi as a strategic partner capable of protecting people, strengthening operations, and maximizing property value.
Before entering real estate, Kwesi competed at the highest levels of professional sports, signing with the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent and later playing professional rugby. His athletic journey forged the principles that now define his leadership: discipline, resilience, elite preparation, system-driven execution, and high-performance standards.
